Rio Tinto asked:

Not an EXPOSED erection, but one which was clearly visible in an outline through the attorney’s pants.

Assume it was beyond the attorney’s control. The attorney had to stand up in court at the behest of the judge, but then everyone in the court saw his erection, and laughed.

Could the judge sanction the attorney for something like this, even though it is involuntary on the attorney’s part?

Why was everyone in the court looking at that part of him to begin with?

I doubt that it would even be considered, although it is a really funny thought. It’s like most young senior public or high school boys having the same thing happen when they had to stand up in front of the class to recite something or write on the blackboard. C’mon guys! Admit that it happened at least once! Although your buddies snickered and the girls in the class look embarassed, you didn’t get expelled did you??

I doubt that any judge would admit to seeing it, however obvious it was. A judge’s job isn’t to observe stuff like that. LOL, I can see it now,” Attn Smith, you’ve been brought before the Court for having a hard on. How do you plea?” Attn Smith answers, I just have to wait til it goes away - oh - did you say “pee” or “plea”?

I doubt a judge would bother to bring that to attention. Funny thought though. The really funny part of it is that there was an ad for Levitra on your question page! XD

I would look to sanction any judge who would be looking at such a thing!

Arousal is not the only thing that causes erections, and a judge that would point it out is crass and classless.
